Miranda Kate, spent her early childhood in Surrey, in the south of England, and her teens moving round the UK, but currently resides in the Netherlands.

She also writes under the author name M K Boers.

Miranda tends not to write within genre boundaries, which makes seeking representation difficult, and why she has chosen to become an independent self-published author.
